What people say about Athlete-X
I’ve coached athletes at every level. Talent has never been the biggest challenge. Having a complete picture of each athlete has. Athlete-X finally gives coaches that complete picture.
01 / Identity
Coaching that fits how you're wired.
Seven masks. You lead with one. Soldier, Driven, Strategist, Captain, Maven, Engineer, Player.
The Identity Test.
A thirty-minute personality test that allows you to learn more about yourself: your dominant personality type, your strengths, your weaknesses, your learning style, and more.
The game-changer.
Your coach now knows what works for you: how to use your strengths and take them further, how to help you bounce back when things get tough, and how to unlock your full potential.
02 / Check-ins
Check in with your coach.
2 minutes per week, a different season.
How you slept, how much energy you had, how your body is holding up, where your head is at.
The weekly check-ins tell your coach when you're locked in and ready for an extra challenge, but also when they should cut you some slack.
They also help your coach spot the patterns that might be holding you back.
Every athlete goes through downs. However, check-ins help you and your coach spot them early and act on them, so you don't end up wasting 2 months of your season.
03 / Portfolio
A portfolio that gets you recruited.
Present yourself like a pro.
Most athletes send a reel and a text. The Athlete-X portfolio is different: 11 sections, including academics, highlights, your Identity Test results, and more, leaving a strong impression.
Appear in front of coaches and scouts.
By setting your portfolio's visibility to public or private, you also become visible on the Athlete-X scouting grid. The more complete your portfolio, the better your chances.
Parents ask us four things.
- What does it actually do for my kid?
- It allows them to receive better, more tailored coaching. To prevent plateaus, help them grow and improve faster, and make sure they make the most out of their season. It also allows them to build a portfolio they can use to get recruited, and to be seen on our scouting grid.
- What does it cost?
- $6 a month. We pride ourselves on making sure money is never a barrier to an athlete's development. Starter is free if you just want to look around, and the Athlete plan allows your kid to join their team and become visible to their coach and on the scouting grid.
- Does it open any doors?
- It puts something real in their hands: a portfolio they can send to any coach, camp or program they want to hear from. The way you present yourself plays a big part in your recruitment efforts. They can share it with a coach, an agent, or a scout, or simply turn on their visibility to be seen on our scouting grid.
- Who can see all this?
- Their coach, and anyone they choose to send their portfolio to. Nobody else, unless they decide to make themselves visible to scouts, which is theirs to turn off again. An athlete's data is theirs to control, and is not shared with anyone else without their consent.

If your club covers it, you pay nothing.
Some organizations pay their athletes' memberships. If yours does, you will see it when you sign up and you will never be asked for a card.
Starter is free forever. Cancel any time.
The things people ask.
Do athletes pay as well?
Yes, but only when they are ready. Some organizations choose to cover it for their athletes, you can check with yours. Starter is free and never expires; Athlete is $6 a month.
What comes with the free Starter plan?
The Identity test and access to build your portfolio, free for as long as you want them. To share your portfolio, become visible on the scouting grid, join your team, and complete weekly check-ins, you need the Athlete plan.
My club says it covers my membership
Then there is nothing for you to do. You will see it while signing up, you are never asked for a card, and we tell you first if that ever changes.
How old do you have to be?
Thirteen. Under sixteen, we ask for a parent's email while you sign up so we can reach them.
Who owns an athlete's data?
The athlete. Their portfolio is their work: if they leave your club it leaves with them, and deleting their account deletes their data.
Where do I download the app?
On the App Store and on Google Play. Coaches also have the full web app in any browser, with nothing to install.
